We shot up the teal real good opening weekend in the rice . The cinnamons were some of the best birds I’ve ever seen and plucked gloriously with bright white fat.
I split a few for dinner tonight
Marinaded in a balsamic / ACV /EVOO mix with fresh garlic / oregano / tarragon /tyme/lemon zest . Marinade over night
And grilled on broken wine barrel staves . 5 min each size . Charred and rare In
the center

Nice!

I rub them with olive oil, season, and roast them at about 450 for 10-15 mins, depending. They come out rare and juicy.

I’ve never shot duck but serve me some and I’ll kill the plate lol
