The bill mandates disposal of over 2 million acres of BLM and National Forest lands; public lands eligible for sale in the bill encompass over 250 million acres, including local recreation areas, wilderness study areas, inventoried roadless areas, critical wildlife habitat and big game migration...

Guised as a bill to support the development of housing, this bill would allow the sale of 250 Million acres of public land to private developers. This includes vast quantities of BLM land and national forests that us 2a supporters use for ranges and hunting grounds.

Please, reach out and call our senators! Let them know that they should not take our land from us!
 
This land will be bought in sweetheart deals by corporations and billionaires for their very exclusive use.

There is no public benefit here.
 
I think it's wild that the defense of this is "I've been looking to buy some land" as if any of this land will be sold to citizens.


This is taking something that belongs to all of us, and selling it against our wishes for profiteering plain and simple.
