Postion:

Back Office / Paperwork Review / Inventory Management. You will be entering inventory, processing/verifying federal and state forms, and texting/emailing customers.

Requirements:

• Must possess or be able to possess a Certificate of Eligibility from CA DOJ
• Must have the ability to read and review federal and state paperwork with extreme attention to detail
• Must be somewhat proficient with computers, you will be entering inventory, printing labels, etc.
• Must be able to follow step by step instructions.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
