They work similarly to the Staccato HD P4, where it is the magazine button alone.
The Staccato HDs have a combo of interactions that make up the MD feature, not just the mag catch (the catch and not the mag release).
There's the tab on the trigger bow/assembly that interacts/interferes with the mag catch (which also has a cutout on it). Either the trigger assembly can be swapped out entirely, the mag catch's cutout widened, or the tab on the existing trigger assembly filed off/down.
