more or less, depends on how much labor, like are they removing the old driveway and/or digging and grading? Then definitely. If your spot is ready to go and they are just pouring and finishing that seems a bit high but not crazy. Concrete itself is pretty cheap a full 10 yard truck delivered is 12-1500.
