So are AK or Uzi parts kits legal to sell in caguns classifieds ads? I have a few that are inhereited and looking to move them on... thanks ahead.. ;lp

Generally yes assuming they are not clones of named banned "AWs"

Actual clones would have the include the named recievers and those can't be sold.
Using a receiver with a different manufacturers name is no problem and using EVERY part from a named assault weapon except for the receiver is fine as well as long as the gun is built in an non-AW manner be that either featureless of fixed mag for rifles or fixed mag for pistols.
