Multi agency shooting area Clean- Up
There will be a roll-off dumpster on site for all the debris

A number of you will remember All the range clean-ups I organized on ' The Other Forum '
12 Years of doing it !!
Those were some good times for All

Now , Hopefully we can get a list of volunteers on this forum

Start the New Year off right,,,,
Help keep open one of the Last open shooting areas going for Future generations of shooters
It is on Forest Service land ,,, But Grandfathered in for shooting

I'll bring some Brute trash barrels for transporting stuff to dumpster
Also bringing some heavy rakes and shovels
Wear Good Boots or thick sole shoes , usually a Lot of broken glass ....

1. Eat Dirt
2.

I’m in! See you all there. Bringing a truck and supplies!

Just got word from my Ranger contact...
Pizza lunch will be served [ Courtesy of Forest service ]

Come On Down .....

Heres the Deal gang ....

There is an Open Free shooting area called Bee Canyon / East of Hemet
It needs some help removing shooting trash / debris, shot up targets , shot gun hulls , glass ect .....
Now people will post on this forum " Where can I go shoot my new Xxxx "
Or " There are no places to shoot anymore " ...." where is a BLM area "

Well here's one of the Last open outdoor places left ....
No check- in , No fees , Just come out and grab one of the small finger canyons and enjoy the Day
And it needs some help to stay open or else the Forest service officials will say
" It's too much trouble to keep this place open......Too much trash "
Then it will be Gone Forever .....

What has happened to the Shooting community ??????
Just a few years ago , on the 'ol Cal -guns forum . I would start a list of volunteers
And have 15 / 20 people wanting to help . Young shooters ,ol timers, whole families would come out ...
Now it seems todays shooters just want to Brag on what guns they have ..... Show off pictures of their collection........Without putting any effort into keeping the sport going

What better way than Help keep a shooting area open for future generations
I have been out there Many times and seen Familys enjoying themselves ,,
A Grandpa teaching his Grandson how to shoot ..

What a Shame it would be to lose such a place
