Best gun range to take a corporate client near Malibu, CA

Hey all,

I was wondering if there are any good rifle ranges that allow private range rentals within 1.5 hours of Malibu, CA where my brother's richy-rich client lives.
Weekday, preferably outdoor, needs to allow rifles, preferably private ranges available. Please feel free to chime in with advice. Here's what I know (all outdoor since that's what I know):

Burro Canyon Shooting Park:

• Best option except a bit too far of a drive (for the client)
• Has private ranges available
• Allows Rifles

Angeles Shooting Range:

• No private range rental option to general public
• Nice to have steel out to 600m
• Not conducive to networking at all

Oak Tree Gun Club:

• Do they still allow private ranges?
• Membership will be expensive if so (~$500+)
• Possible option.
• Not familiar with their private range options if they exist, do they allow rifles?

A Place to Shoot:

• Further than Angeles with all the same drawbacks and rifle range not as good.

• May be best option?

Anyone been to California Tactical Academy? Or better yet rented a private rifle range there? Any other good options I'm missing? Thank you for your help everybody!

I’ve done California Tactical Academy. Did a private range bay rental with someone and we were the only ones out on the private range. It was great as I was able to run holster and rifle simultaneously. Went on a weekday. Range bay was covered and had bench. I was actually pretty impressed with the setup. No cell service out there though.

+1 CTA. rifle range out to 1k and available private rentals to the public. I THINK they offer WiFi but I’ve never tried it

Private bays at Raahague’s is just what you are looking for. Midweek is usually no wait but there is a 2 hr time limit. If the place is dead, that 2 hrs is not always strictly enforced. But 2 hrs does go by fast. I’ve taken employees and customers and suppliers there.

its not outdoors but its richy rich fits the bill. Hotrods & Handguns. They allow rifles but only on designated days. Its more like a Social Club built around guns than a range itself.
