Can i buy a used springfield kuna from someone who legally owns it in california?

Found a guy selling his legally owned springfield kuna. it is in a pistol setup with no brace and is set up 100% legal. Can i ppt this gun legally and will it be hard finding a ffl to handle this.

as long as it is in a form that is not an "aussalt weapon" form it's the same as a non roster pistol PPT

you can transfer it as a receiver only, you can transfer it maglocked with no stock. etc....

maglocked with no stock i would imagine almost any FFL will transfer it. as a receiver only, some FFL will balk

it has to be maglocked but I don't know if there is a maglock available.

Would it be considered an AR pistol format? Or a general off roster pistol?
