Request Custom notifications "select/deselect all" option

[W.H.O.]

Like having notifications for the forum, but clicking the custom option & going through to deselect everything I don't want takes work. Likewise could be said for people who want most, but not all notifications.

It would be nice to be able to deselect all options so you could pick which few you wanted; alternatively, being able to select all then uncheck the few you don't want would be equally as useful for some, as it currently is by default

Having the option between the two would be super nice.
