CZ back on roster

Those never left the roster, they are old versions that are no longer made. You could potentially source one from out of state that has the same SKU listed there but they are hard to find.
 
Love it!! I watch the recently added religiously. This wasn’t on it though. Perhaps because they are reinstatements?? Ps the p365 axg’s just added today as well
 
They had dropped off the roster in January because the renewal fee hadn't been paid. CZ must think there are enough left out there to make paying the fee worthwhile.
 
So there is a provision in CCR section 4070 that allows discontinued models to stay on the roster as long as they keep paying the fee of 200 per year, but they have to certify that these are no longer made and available:

(d) A handgun model may remain on the Roster after a manufacturer/importer discontinues manufacturing/importing the model or goes out of business provided that all of the following requirements are met:
(1) Evidence is provided that the manufacturer/importer has either discontinued manufacturing/importing the handgun model or gone out of business.

(2) The manufacturer/importer is no longer offering the handgun model to licensed firearms dealers.

(3) Either a fully licensed wholesaler, distributor, or dealer submits a written request to continue the listing and agrees to pay the annual maintenance fee as set forth in section 4072 of these regulations. The request shall be submitted to the DOJ stating that all of the above conditions have been met.
 
There may be some versions of the old CZs but CZ cannot ship new versions of them into CA. because on one part that now has a different MFG and they do not want to pay the CA. extortion fee for testing all of the guns they used to sell.

The problem is they wouldn't pass because they would be subject to the new "safety" BS
