D.C. Shooter suffered with serious mental illness. The .357 Revolver was registered to a dead WA state resident. The six shot revolver was only loaded with four rounds. After shooting the first guardsmen, the shooter picked up her M17 and continued on to shoot the second victim with the semiautomatic service sidearm. There is no evidence to support "Ice Barbie's" assertion that the shooter had been radicalized.
