Do you think a Gen 6 Glock Trigger will be able to go in Gen 5 Glocks?

Hi! I know the parts ban is coming but if possible do you think we can put gen 6 glock triggers (flat face) into our gen 5s?

Yeah, there are literally a bazillion flat face shoes you can buy right now.

My recommendation is either the Vex or the Vickers Tactical.

The VEX takes up a LOT of pre-travel, and word of warning, if you use an AA conversion kit the VEX 100% makes the gun unsafe since the plunger in the AA slide is always depressed. IMHO, the safety of using the VEX with the GPT is marginal as well, although a lot of people do it.

Hence I use the Vickers, which takes up just the right amount of pre-travel for me.

Hey! I recently dry fired a gen 6 and the trigger is noticeably better than a stock gen 5.
 
There is a population out there that want to use only OEM parts. I’m wondering as well.

GPT is oem and better than a gen 6 trigger.

But what are we really talking about here? Can you hold the 10 and X ring on a B8 @25 with a stock g5 glock? If not, the trigger is not holding you back. It's you.

I am talking about just wanting to try a different shoe while keeping everything else as close to the way it came from factory. That’s why I don’t do GPT. I have no trigger mods on anything actually. No need to be all worked up about people wanting to try a different shoe.
