Flipping Braun Lights, Anyone?

I don't know, these Braun Lights are pretty decent. At $40 you can't complain.

For the price they are a good value. But the lumen ratings are way optimistic and the quality is not the same. I place olight up there with the Holoson of a few years ago… Chinese made but better QC than normal and a lot of potential if leadership enforces QC and decides they want to target a different audience than the normal Chinese junk. The HF stuff is bottom of the barrel Chinese stuff with questionable QC and I wouldn’t trust it in the same way I’d trust Holosun or Olight (which are not quite as good as Trijicon, Streamlight, etc but are solid and dependable)

I've been using these as makeshift holster adapters. I have an omnivore and rock these lights for anything I can't bother to buy a holster for (range toys) and anything I can't bother to take a light on and off of.

My friend posted someone selling like 300 lights on Facebook for $30 each. Pretty sure there's no margins at that price.....but I guess it also depends on "how" the seller acquired them.

As a holster adapter compatible with anything TLR-1 that I have already, that also fits functional light requirements in USPSA, its fine. Honestly, Streamlight TLR-1 quality/durability in my experience has been poor too, and I've been put off by their use of dots of super glue to hold together parts in areas that came loose. If my life is depending on it, it'll be a Surefire X300, and I figure otherwise the Brauns do a job at a price, and I can get 4 of them for the price of 1 Streamlight (6 with the 40% off sale).

Fair point about the surefire x300 or bust. That being said, my TLR-1 is probably 15 years old, still 100% solid, never had to replace the led, buttons still actuate like new, and it has many thousands of rounds on it. I’d consider that top tier. Maybe quality has gone downhill (it has with many companies)
