A win? They are passing an AW ban and mag capacity limits (at least they get 15). Now you have "permission" to keep what you have but can't sell it or transfer it. Forget about your kids or grandkids ever getting your rifles.

A free mag is hardly consolation for this unconstitutional catastrophe.
