FSC Exemption and completion of Intra family transfer form

The Intra family transfer form as used to transfer a firearm from father to son requests the FSC number for the person receiving the firearm. The form has a place where the FSC number is required.

The CA DOJ lists several exemptions where and FSC is not required to take possession of a handgun. Police officers and CCW holders are two of such exemptions, and DOJ lists exemption code numbers for each exemption.

How would you complete the form if you have an FSC exemption? Would you just add the exemption code where it asks for the FSC?
