Question is in the title. Assuming all other state laws are followed like the AW ban. Could we place forward vertical grips on AR pistols (either AW registered or fixed mag) without paying for the tax stamp, if the bill passes?
And maybe we can worry less about having a brace? I know some people were saying that to register an ar pistol as an AOW might afford some better protections in the state of California? I can’t remember the specific reasoning why, but I remember some people did register their ar pistols as AOW for that very reason.
