Have your parent purchase a Shadow 2 directly from Cajun Gun Works. Have a pro package installed and an SRO optic footprint milled into the slide (I had my S2 Orange also ported but it makes the chrome barrel difficult to keep clean). Also purchase a Sig P211 GTO. I like the Equinox version. It's a fantastic flat shooter that racks like a stick of butter on a hot plate.

Yeah I was thinking about checking the shops in her area the next time I visit just to get an idea of what might be on the convenient side. Luckily Reno has gun stores everywhere.
