Open Issue scrolling in classifieds on android

Hey all. Recently been having an issue scrolling past the featured ads on classifieds page. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or just me. I don't know how much this screenshot will help, but when I try to swipe up to look past the featured, it wont allow me. It just moves the ads left and right. I have to start the swipe from the very top of the page.

Its not very deep, but its kind of annoying

I think that happens to everybody not just andriod. It happens to me on my phone AND my computer, if my mouse is on the featured part and I try to scroll it wont scroll until my mouse is off the featured ad. I think its that way for a reason though so you see the featured ad.
 
I can understand that but at the same time, I haven't seen the featured ads change much in the past month or so. Theyre the same. Maybe keeping the featured ads on for a week on a rotation would at least make that aspect a bit better but also shortening the ad size for the featureds so we have room to scroll past if we've seen them already couldn't hurt
 
If you touch away from the featured ads and spin it like Price is Right it goes past featured ads.
 
Works fine now on my android. I was seeing the issue on desktop, just had to grab the slider and pull down a little.
