I'm having a failure to eject/extract issues on my JT9. If not stove-piping, the spent shell casings are not being extracted, causing jams.
I am using my Glock 19x 10-round magazines, and aside from the grip and magazine catch, I have not changed any other aftermarket parts on the firearm. It's CA-compliant.

On AR 9's the ejector is built into the lower and rides in a slot in the bolt. Most of the time ejection problems can be resolved by adjusting the ejector. There should be screws on the side that hold it in place. The question is though, is it too high or too low? The jt9 is based on the quarter circle ten style of lower and I believe that the ejector also limits the magazine height. If the magazine is too high though you will usually get double feeds not ejection failures but anything is possible. You can pull the bolt back and look in the little slot and see if the ejector is high enough I'm the slot eject rounds. You can also see if the magazine is getting over interested and dragging on the boot. Sometimes the ejector will have holes in it where the pins fit in so you won't be able to move the ejector body but you will be able to bend it. Get some snap caps and try to recreate the problem and see what it's doing in slow motion and it will be more obvious. Another thing to check is if anything is impeding the bolt from cycling back. Like my friends ar9 recently was stove piping but it was because the set screw that holds in the weight in the back of the bolt had come loose and wasnt allowing the bolt to cycle properly.
