Looking for Lower-Cost FFL Transfer in Palm Desert Area

I know this may have been discussed before but cannot find. I have a potential buyer for a single action revolver I have and the FFLs in Palm Desert are charging $125 to receive. Is there any that you know of in that area that might be less expensive (let's be real cheaper).

Any way to do a FTF PPT? If you're doing any FFL-FFL shipping, that seems to be about average, and it's killed many a deal from my experience...

California FFL transfer fees seem to be double to triple what they are in other states.

Son of a B just asked my AI about the CFET tax for selling and shipping to FFL from FFL.

If the buyer is in California and you ship it to a CA FFL​

Then the sale is a California retail sale, and the 11% CFET applies.

CFET is calculated on gross receipts, which include:

• Your selling price
• Any handling or credit card fees
• Shipping charges related to getting the gun to the delivering dealer
• Holy Fudge, Mother Fudger damn that is the sts
