Anyone know of a shop that can shorten a stock and fit recoil pad with a fast turn around?

Assuming the same recoil pad can be re-ground to fit the shortened stock, I can do it in about an hour.
If it's going to take a smaller recoil pad and you bring the new pad with the stock, I can do that in about an hour as well.
