Implemented Menu Suggestion

[roger_roger]

I noticed that the "New Classified ads" is actually not in the Classified Menu where I, personally, expected to find it. It is the What's New menu.

But there is a item in the Classified Menu that is labeled "New Comments"

So it is all a little confusing, is a New Comment the same as a "New Classified ads"?

I would like to see the "New classified ads" moved under the Classifieds Top Menu
