MR73 is an exception to DOJ or not?

Not the one that he is referring to. The version with its own "mojo" and legendary pedigree is a 357magnum.
But that is the one he's referring to. The MR 38 Match, MR 32 Match, and MR 73 are all on the Olympic exemption roster and the MR 73 is listed separately from the 38 match and 32 match, implying that the "base" 73 (assuming the sport but could arguably include the gendarmerie) is able to be purchased like any other Olympic exemption.

This is off this convo, but since you asked

They’d had one firearm — a fairly expensive one that doesn’t sell often — listed for many months with “2 available.” I was waiting for one of their holiday sales to drop $5K and some change on it since they usually discount items then (regular price was higher). But during the sale, they dropped the price but marked it as “0 available,” and right after the sale ended, literally just after midnight, it went back to showing “2 available.” If you tell me that they sold 2 and immediately got 2 new ones from the distributor - I won`t believe that.

PS: I actually took a few screenshots and almost wrote to them, like, “I was ready to buy, but you literally marked it as 0 available” But then I thought — they don’t owe me anything, right? And I don’t owe them anything either. I’d rather just take my money somewhere else.,
So you're pissed at them because they didn't put the thing you wanted to buy at a discount on sale? That's silly. 😂

...6 month old thread. Doubt the conversation is still ongoing. Although I'm now curious if OP overcame their dislike of riflegears sale. 🤔
