It's a dumb rule I won't fault anyone for trying to work within the thing to maximize their sales.

Who doesnt? But its not applicable if the seller doesnt have multiple guns that you want.

I get both seller and buyer would rather buy/sell multiple guns on same transaction.

But for the seller, would you rather not sell anything or sell one gun at a time? Because thats the result if no one wants to buy multiple guns from you. Especially if they are all crazy expensive.

if you wait long enough and the price is right, youll find someone. Speaking as a guy whos done multiple multi-sales and even a 14x single transaction. Lets me get rid of i never would have been able to otherwise for the money

its the people who do multibuys but never drop the prices that confuse me

During the plague panic buying frenzy, I had to assess my priorities, keep dupes and mixers, or make crazy bank with my 5 sales limit. I mentioned this before, when mongrel dog SKSs were flying out of racks for $750, I offered mine for $650 each or 3 for $1500. The first 3 dues bought or traded for 10, including an Albanian for an $850 premium. Those first guys scored on all matching blade Chinamen. The other 10 singles were C&R by serial, mixers but nice. In that same time frame, I moved 3 Belgian A5s, Sweet Sixteen, Magnum Twelve an a Light Twelve to an A5 junkie in South Carolina (they were decent but had aftermarket recoil pads, no FN butt plates-makes a difference as a collector) and a few milsurp bolts. I started in October to overlap annual sales. PAX
