My new $449.99 Beretta M9

I hated the pull weight and how long the travel was before it fired, was unexpected everytime it fired haha but at that price, I would buy one for memory lane...

It’s heavier than the DA pull on my P226 and my P2000SK by a noticeable amount. I’d say the chances I use the M9 in self defense are close to 0% since my carry guns are different, like the P2000SK, and for home defense I’m either using the MK25 or my M4.

I just got the M9 so I could complete my service gun collection. 1911-M9-MK25-M18
 
Good deal. Agree that if the price of new one is close to used, def. go with new. The M9 is a super flat shooting work horse marvel IMHO.

Heavier than the P226. That’s helpful info. Service gun collection is a nice way to go.

Many people say get a 13# hammer spring for that. I personally prefer the 16#/"D" it makes them nice and crisp for me. I have one in my Italian 92FS and my Accokeek M9A1
