Question Next buy, can’t make a decision

I just don’t get the huge desire for the 2011.

I know people will say trigger and to that I’ll ask can you not shoot well with other triggers?

This. I don't deny they're nice guns, and the "GotTA PaY tO PLaY", but it just seems like a lot of these people are just patting themselves on the back, and just like being snobs and looking down on the rest of the pee ons that shoot peasant polymer striker fire guns.

I'm not a fan of the CA features but we've got better options on the roster now without the need to spend a fortune, and several seem to be great out of the box. Rip out that mag disconnect and be done with it.

Give me a modern pistol with light weight polymer frame, and personally I do not want a manual safety.
 
Well if you don't love the P365 you probably won't love the Hellcat. I dislike them both , the Hellcat moreso.

The M&P 2.0 full size in polymer is an awesome shooting gun. Especially if you add the carry comp slide setup.

What are the things you're lookin for in a gun? I have an XD tactical in .40/.357 sig and I love it. The price point was fantastic. I use it as a duty weapon and I love the 5" barrel as I'm used to 1911's. i just wish they offered an optics slide for it they only offer an optics slide in 9mm
 
A lot of love for the Echelon here, I've shot it a fair bit but never brought myself to purchase. When it came time for my own "what next" decision I started down the 1911 path 😆

The HCP was my first gun ever and I always have a soft spot for it. It's also a regular in my carry rotation since it's so easy to handle and small. It was even a bedside option for me once upon a time. Having night sights stock was a nice surprise. Plus you can't really beat the gear up package with the extra mags and free optic.

My M&P 2.0 compact shoots like butter I was a Glock fanboy until I got an M&P it just feels right
 
Just to further confuse folks, have you tried out a Walther PDP-F? It is still a smallish gun but is large enough it doesn’t feel like a skinny little toy. The triggers are great and the direct mount SCS optic option is really nice.
