Nikon Prostaff 5 3.5-14x50

I have a Nikon Prostaff 5 3.5x-14x50 that I bought in 2014 and recently did some cleaning, lapped, remounted on a set of Burris Signature Zee rings, and re-zeroed. Apparently, the recoil for 308 is a bit too much or 16lb-in torque is not enough where the scope shifted and caused some scratches. I thought the scratches are on the scope tube but turned out that the scope actually scratched the rings. Too bad Nikon don't make rifle scopes anymore. They're good stuff for the price.
