Question P365 X-Macro parts question

I have an 80’s p226 with 100k-ish rounds through it. It still shoots like a champ even though it looks beat to hell. I change the springs every so often and that’s about it.

I’ve got 4,556 rounds through my Sig P365 FCU, 2100 through it as a P365, 2466 as an XL. I’ve shot it from concealment in USPSA, CCW matches and Defense Pistol/Action Pistol courses. No issues , no malfunctions.
Nearly all the bullets fired were my 124 gn reloads.
