So, if you get anything on sale, the free hazmat doesn’t apply?

I picked up some powder and primers from them yesterday that were both on sale. I was able to use the free hazmat promo code. It appears you have to have a grand total of $149 in your cart of “hazmat” items for the free hazmat promo to work. And you actually have to type in the promo code for it to work. It doesn’t automatically apply.
