What is a "push notification" that I am being asked about?

I believe it is just a notification to your phone when someone messages you, asks a question about your posting, responds to a post you are subscribed to and that type of thing. I opted in and it's kind of nice to know when someone has reached out.

As mentioned, it’s opt in to get a notification if someone replies to you or you follow a thread. They are separate for your browser and mobile.

So, I'm still being asked about "push notification"



Then when I close it out I get this:


I select "Never ask again" every time but this continues to come up every time I log in.

Annoying.

Are you using a "brave" browser or something that doesn't save cookies? It's not saving your preference.

I see what's going on. I'm on Firefox and shut my computer off at the end of the day. It dumps the cookies when I do that. So, no worries.
