Selling a used Ruger PCC 9 factory take down stock and ruger 10rd magazine and magwell adapter. (Receiver / Barrel NOT included)
Does the 10rd magazine (and/or magwell adpater) need to go thru FFL?

No, there is no serialized parts or barrel - you don't need an FFL.
