Dropping off a family member for a party I don't intend to attend, but I don't want to drive out there twice. Anywhere good I can go to? Even just a basic range to break in a few pistols etc.

Sorry, but there aren't many in the area. LA Gun Club, La Puente Firing Range, Insight Shooting Range -- all within 20-30 min driving range from Rosemead. Of the 3, I've only been to LA Gun Club, but that was over 10 years ago lol. Burro Canyon and Angeles Shooting Ranges are about 45 min from there, if you're looking for outdoor and have the time to spare.

La Puente is the only one close enough, and a friend nearby there recommends. I don't have a lot of time. I may just go there. Thank you.
