Is it legal to sell in Ca?

In order to manufacture ammo, you need a Type 6 , Type 7 or Type 10 FFL.

I would also think that you should have the proper liability insurance, etc and be in the business of.

I know LAX Ammo has their own brand of reloads as does Ammo Bros. No idea if either sell 38 spl
