gonna assume since no pictures, they meant an AR 15 pattern rifle thats home made so a ghost gun. because theres AK pattern rifles. could be wrong of course.

Fun fact, LEO’s are not required nor expected to know the laws even though that is their only job per-say.

But, as a civilian with no law degree or law enforcement training ignorance of the law is not a defense and you should have known better is repeated daily in the jails and courtrooms.

But as legal gun owners we have to know everything about gun laws, as it should be.
