The funnier part is most people don’t know what the Astrid next to it means. 43x won’t hit shelves till 2027 if it actually passes everything and does not get the 2k11 treatment.
 
Irrelevant thought here, and I doubt anyone knows the answer.

Will these 43x's be Made in Austria or Made in USA?

It shouldn't get the 2K11 treatment since the g43x was actually approved. The Kimber 2k11 has not been approved. The only reason we knew about it was because Kimber announced they were about to be added.

The asterisk denotes that it is approved because of the roster case injunction against Microstamping. We dont have an injunction against MD and CLI. They are using the asterisk to be able to track which guns could potentially be dropped immediately if the state prevails in the lawsuit.

I'd agree though that it will probably take at least 2 months, probably more, to arrive on shelves here.

It’s on the roster though unlike the 2k11 so it’s already got the stamp of approval. Just a waiting game until they ship

Yup, I had to send 1 back to Kimber for them to fix it. They contacted me earlier this week.

The LCI color is off. Kimber is just throwing on new ones but will have to send one for review.
That would be a day or months.

No, they just told me they had to fix the LCI. Assuming they are sending it back when they are done.
