Yeah, this truck is a no-frills work truck I bought from a land management company. It came with a CB radio and an orange warning light on the roof. Park rangers always think I'm USFS or something. But when I have to replace it, I'm going with a Super Duty diesel with the largest gas tank I can find. LOL.

I agree, you really can't go wrong with 308 win. It's super easy to reload as well. And I do have several nice 308 bolt guns but at the end of the day I shoot a semiauto 308 like the M1A, SCAR, or AR10 much better than any bolt gun.

This is a Remington 700 Tactical in a police stock that I fitted with a Magpul detachable mag kit. I need a better trigger than what is currently in this. AR triggers are so cheap and easy to make better by just replacing the springs. It's literally $10 to upgrade the trigger springs. You don't need $100-$200 for a "drop-in" trigger. A 5lb trigger makes a huge difference for me. I think this R700 has an 8lb trigger.
