Shooters Paradise in Oxnard

Anybody has an inside info on the state of repairs there? I used to go to the place couple times a month during lunch breaks and now I am missing that time badly. Tried to contact them but no answer. That is understandable - I am sure they are getting bugged all the time.... but that does not help me specifically

I ran into one of the guys who works or worked there about 2 months ago. I asked the same thing and he said the city is holding them up and starting to doubt opening back up.

When I was in VC armory I remember the gal saying they were on the verge of opening a range in Santa Paula but what was over a year ago and haven’t seen or heard of anything since then unfortunately.

I’m thinking of joining Winchester gun club in Santa Barbara.
Any input on that range?

I am out in the boonies of Fillmore so SP would be great, but given Piru is the same distance I doubt it would be easy to compete. I know we have a training ground cops use in Santa Paula so maybe they were thinking of opening that up?
