We used to make weekend trip down to Morro Bay just to use that nice range. Sad to see things turned out ugly.

Hopefully things will work out in due time. That was the only non-member exclusive outdoor range in the area. WCGC has partial days(not sure which) but SLOSA had had 700 yard steel on the public range. I believe the long range gun club on the same plot of land went out to 1450.

WCGC has a 200 yard for club members, so I'll probably head down there soon to give it a look.

Had great USPSA matches there and we lost the Coastal Classic level 2 match. I really hope opens back up this year.

Wow! I visited the range w/ a buddy of mine was was amazed w/ the public range and everything it had to offer. Hope to see things change for the better.

They got permits to hold uspsa matches there, 2 a month. Nothing with the public range yet though but hearing shootings been permitted again at all keeps me optimistic.

At least there's that. Still waiting for any word on bidding.
