Well folks, here it is:

Yet again, SCOTUS has declined to hear critical 2A cases. In the above referenced attorney’s opinion, the floodgates of new laws governing AR-15 type firearms and standard capacity magazines will be coming. States like California have been emboldened yet again, it is anyone’s guess to see what outrageous schemes the Democrats will get away with going forward.
Elections have consequences.
 
Better warm up those arms people. Back to throwing rocks, spears, and slingshots.

Yes, that is IMO what the current “party in charge” has in mind for anyone who owns, or desires to own, such items. And the 9th will laugh hard as they get in line to take their turn, as the governor and his AG howl with pleasure as the citizenry are fisted into submission.
