For personal use yeah… not for duty. I was never allowed to have guns on base but I think those rules are changing under the new SECDEF
 
Majority of my transactions involved me driving to socal to meet up,but that was because they had what i was looking for

Same. I feel like I regularly see things I’d be in on right away if they were up here in the Bay Area. I have family down south but I hate the freakin drive and to have to do it twice in 2 weeks…. the gasoline for my truck would be $250-$300 for the round trip. Thats worse than the sin tax.

Pro-tip: offer that gas money to the seller.

Last firearm I bought off of here, I paid the seller his asking price plus $200 extra (for gas) to make the trip to me. We both left happy
