Trying to figure out why my recoil is so odd.

So when I fire the dot goes up wiggles then comes down in a straight line. Can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong here’s

LOL dude at least put the gun you are shooting, is it a rifle? a pistol? either way, it's almost certainly how you are gripping/holding the gun, whatever it is. try to just let it recoil instead of trying to "control" recoil and you will probably find that it returns a bit more naturally. Just experiment with different grip pressures and see what works for that gun. It's going to recoil no matter how hard you try to hold it.

Start by firming up those wrists. Try to lock them in place by engaging your forearms. See if that helps, then go from there.

So, without any relevant information (gun, caliber, bullet wt., rifling, barrel length, rt hand/left hand, etc.) I suspect the initial upward impulse is the recoil of the gun and the flare to the right could be induced by the torque of the bullet going down the barrel. Your eye and hand reflexively sense this and over correct to adjust the dot...that's the sharp jag back to the left and down. Then, you adjust to the overcorrection and return the dot to center. This all can happen very quickly and subconciously so you may not notice it in real time.

Have someone stand behind you and watch your gun.

Or, lock your grip down to compensate for the recoil and torque.
