I seriously hope you’re wrong, that would be a sad day indeed. I for one do not think America and our values as we know it would ever exist again.
For those who would advocate for such a thing (Not pointing a finger at anyone) I would say it is very shortsighted and would destroy our country from within.
The country has been destroying itself from within for a long time, there are politicians who don’t even believe in American values.
