Where & how to fight, undermine, overturn AB 1263, 2571 + SB 704?!? These can NOT be allowed to stand.

Where is the strategy? I subscribe to Sun Tzu’s philosophy but I do not see any action or actual strategizing for real change. I see blame and complaining. You can see here we’re continuing to grow with the next stop at 50k members.

If your original post you talk about the KKK and Kamala and Dems, how does that relate to actual bill changes?

Strategy is long term, you have to have a plan to build your base and make fundamental changes. How does what you say change the status quo?
Well, without question, the laws we are ostensively fighting in this thread are the work of democrats. I think we can all agree that by any metric neither of these laws furnish even a modicum of “public safety”. Any intelligent person can see that. The question is: why were these laws enacted? What is their purpose?

If we are fighting 1263 and 2571, it’s really important to understand who put them there and why they did it,

The Democratic Party has held a supermajority (two-thirds of seats) in both chambers of the California State Legislature for most of the period since the 2012 election, with a brief loss of that status in 2018.
  • Initial Milestone (2012): Democrats first achieved a dual-chamber supermajority in November 2012. This was the first time they held such power in both houses simultaneously since 1883.
  • Brief Loss and Regain (2018): They temporarily lost the supermajority in the State Senate in June 2018 following the recall of Senator Josh Newman. However, they regained it just a few months later in the November 2018 midterm elections.
  • Current Standing (2025–2026): As of the most recent legislative sessions, Democrats maintain commanding supermajorities:
    • State Senate: 30 out of 40 seats.
    • State Assembly: 60 out of 80 seats.

Historical context of Democratic Control
While the supermajority (2/3) is a relatively recent consistent feature, Democrats have held a simple majority (more than 50%) in both houses for decades. They have controlled the legislature almost continuously since 1959, with only two brief exceptions: a period of Republican control from 1969 to 1971 and a brief Republican majority in the Assembly from 1994 to 1996.

A good place to start is by understanding political ideology, the Democrats were the conservative party until the civil rights act in the 60s when the northern Dems and Rs aligned with the end to segregation, then the Southern Strategy came which used populism to win over the racists to the Republican party and the ideologies essentially switched. The party that would support, and does support the KKK today is firmly the GOP.

Actually and factually no, it’s the progressives who have been financing the KKK for quite some time now. Kash Patel is rounding them up and putting them in jail for it, he has the receipts. It’s all over the news.

Last I heard the NSDAP was closed down and forbidden in the summer of 1945. Its membership rolls are now online by the way.
A rose by any other name is still a rose.

If what you say is true, ANTIFA is a bunch of fools because Bonito Mussolini died about the same time, yet here we stand.

So now we trust the media.

While your other post is correct about these being Democrat bills, what’s the actual strategy considering you’re in the minority? Blame and shame people to change their votes to follow you?

How do you go from Mussolini to antifa? Has that been trending on right leaning media lately? Like wow, it’s all of a sudden a fire hose of trending headlines

I’m stepping out of this thread before it turns into a cascade of ad hominem fallacies.

I’ve made my points, feel free to debate them if you are interested in defeating these unconstitutional laws.

Calling me names and pretending to not understand only serves our enemies, the purveyors of these unconstitutional laws.

The SPLC paid informants that were in right wing groups like the KKK to provide them information, Patel is a retard and these "indictments" aren't going anywhere.

Just for clarity, this is the same FBI that confirmed the Russian collusion in the democrat party’s steel dossier and spurred a $.5b/6 year fishing expedition into political rivals? That former FBI employee?

They are the same organization but I guess it depends on who you want in charge there.... Apparently, no one works for the country anymore. They only work for their political party leaders right? What a time we live in. We all serve Kamala, Biden, Obama, etc etc. Only Trump can save us and MAGA is THE only answer.. should we all repent now? Anyone who doesn't serve Republicans are inherently evil and hate America... Seriously?

I'm trying to be nice but you aren't making any sense so we can just leave it there
