Which screws for a P365 Optic Cover Plate?

For anyone reading this thread, I ended up having the raw cut area Cerakoted, and then I installed a black 507k Holosun optic. After all that, I sold it. At least the buyer got a nice-looking gun with properly-protected cut area.
