Would You Buy This 9mm Ammo?

I picked up Maxxtech 9mm 124gr 1000 rounds for $238 + taxes at Ammunition1.com. They offer in store pickup without the ffl ammo fees. I also bought some boxes of 7.62x39 for 12.75 each box of 20 brass rounds. It was an insane 4th of July deal I regret not getting another 1000 9mm. The prices they have now are pretty good for the in store pickup convenience even without the 4th of July sale.

Lately they have been really bad in shipping orders making you wait months for your order, just bad service lately

I ordered a case of 9mm on March 16, emailed on April 16 asking for an update- they told me two weeks to ship so I elected to wait. May 16 I email asking for another update, and that if they don't have an update on when its going to be coming to just cancel my order. Never got an email back they just refunded it.

Yea i had multiple same experiences with them i ultimately just stopped buying from them, hopefully they get back to what they were, in the past they were my go to

Is the ammo being shipped to you or an ffl? If its going to an ffl by the time you pay the fees and taxes it usually isn’t worth it

Good to hear and yea they are nice on the phone even when ive called to cancel my orders they process the refunds right away

I don't mind backordering things, it is the lack of transparency about it that has made me no longer want to order through them. I shouldn't find out a month later that my order was actually a preorder, and it shouldn't be another month of radio silence after promising to ship it out in the next week.
