Pros
  • Used to be great
Cons
  • Slow, appointment only, lost most knowledgeable staff
Used to be a great store. Appointments are weeks out. New staff isn't as knowledgeable as previous staff.

Pros
  • Friendly staff
Cons
  • Appointment only PPTs.
I've done a PPT here a few years back and they were well staffed with a section (off the right right of the store) for PPTs/paperwork that you complete on their laptops. Everything is digitalized which makes the transaction easy.
