Ricky is knowledgeable and takes the time to talk guns, CA Regulation, and finding a solution to specific needs. Emilio is always helpful with my specific needs and takes the time to allocate items and facilitate everything when it comes to special orders, compliance with regs, ppt, consignment. Moss is always on top of things and gets it done again and again. Their business is all about serving customers. Guns are just a part of it. Anytime i shop online, it's always sent to them.

Folks there are nice. First found out about them through a ppt, at their old spot in the commercial office building, no hassle on leaving same day with 03ffl/coe exemption on c&r handgun. Came in on a slow weekend. Been back more than a few times whenever I’m in the area; at their new spot in the shopping center. Plenty of parking.

Purchased my P365 there. Was discounted to $479.00 plus a free box of ammo, a cleaning kit, $100 sig cash and $50 off the CCW training

Most FFLs I've used do 11 days for pickup in order to not go under the 10 day by accident based on time. Loyal Arms will look at the time and wait until after and sign it over on the 10th day

Did the CCW training over the weekend with them too. Class was great and no pressure or sales gimmicks from uscca that other will have

Drove here from Sonoma County to do a PPT sale, and was in and out in 15 minutes! If I lived in the area these guys would be my go to, and I would definitely get the lifetime membership! WOW!

The staff has always been super helpful and always willing to advise on any purchases, as well as showing offerings for ammo and guns that would save me an extra buck or two.

They beat the prices around the area and will generally price match stores in the local area (however usually not necessary since they have the best prices most of the time).

Used to go to Ammo Depot but this place has them beat at every step.

Ricky (Owner), Adam, Moss, Errol, Cody, and the gang are a bunch of friendly, competent guys that will take good care of you. I've bought may last 8 guns from them now. Best prices around, and if not they'll be close and match other local stores. I buy full capacity magazines through them and they block them for me. Their Loyal Customer Program is great, a $100 membership gets you 5% all purchases plus you can order from Target Sports USA and pay no shipping or transfer fees. The way I buy the LCP pays for itself several times over. They earned my business, give them a shot if you're in the area or passing by on the way up to Tahoe.

Been going to them for 4 years ever since I moved here and really find any excuse to stop by and see what they have in stock. You almost can't beat their ammo deals when they come on sale, as well as pricing for most firearms.

Ricky and his team have been excellent, and they were able to transfer items that other FFLs refused to. The new location is nice too.

They were good until I had multiple ammo orders not fulfilled despite being told to come pick up the orders.

There is also someone that is not me, that paid for multiple magazines to be blocked and later discovered that the magazines were not as they should be.

COE and FFL03 were game changers for ammo.
