On Target Range

My experience in May 2025 with On Target was outstanding. Only waited a couple of minutes. Blake was the MOD that assisted us, he was friendly, professional and patient. The PPT process took about as long as I would have expected, Blake was busy with us the entire time, he didn't fart around but just stayed on task.

The best part of the experience was how the business dealt with a screw-up of mine. As I was leaving I used the head and whereas I remembered to pick up my range bag, I forgot my portfolio containing my important personal documents, birth certificate, passport, DD-214, etc. While stuck in traffic, driving through Pendleton, on the way home, I got a call from Kerry, a very nice woman, who told me one of the employees found my docs. I asked if they could store them in my rifle bag until I picked up the weapon and they were very obliging and also offered to mail them to me.

I was a big deal that they saved my bacon with those documents. I highly recommend On Target.

they run ammo specials and actually have a good selection of lever action rifles, but otherwise it's a sorta blah new gun selection. they do PPTs without restrictions that I know of. first come first serve. they were having IT issues that was making the process drag out, but hopefully that is sorted out.

I think they do a lot of classes there. I know I did my hunting class here and it seems like they help with CCW stuff too

the best part is after you pick up, inspect/clean the gun and wander over to the range side and PEW PEW PEW
