Your user profile will have a different kind of badge than here for feedback verifications. When you click on the badge it'll take you to the profile page with links out to the different feedback profiles.

It's not going to be transferred... It's a completely different site. To keep things simple, we link out to your other feedback entries.. IE GAFS if you've got it or TacSwap with your profile once we've verified its you and linked your your profile.

ArmoryHQ aims to consolidate feedback reputations and simplify post, search, and communication. We also add a layer of defense to make sure foreign traffic is limited and mainly US based and not hiding behind scammy VPN's. Everything else is up to you guys.

The biggest difference with this site is I can advertise it on different platforms because there’s no firearms. So traffic here can grow pretty quickly, I just need to seed the inventory with good sellers. If you’re open to shipping, post your accessories on armoryhq, get the free badge that links to your feedback.

I’m relying on your good feedback too! We’ll try to get more eyeballs on it to build up some street cred. It’s gonna take some time but this is a much better start than when I started CAguns.net.

A lot of people gave encouragement but a lot also thought it wasn’t possible too. A week after the initial launch of CAguns I had 20 users .

Fantastic, signed in no problem, great idea too late to party but have mucho knives (Benchmade, ZT, Spyderco to name a few) I bought over the years. Not a collector but if I like what I see I have a habit of buying it and never using it. It has been an addiction of mine no rhyme or reason. Will get some up in next day or so & I will ship.

This is a tricky one... It's stumped me for this long.

No I can't append the location to the title at least not yet, but I think i'll investigate that..

The question is do I add regions on a site like this or zip or city, state. I'm thinking city state is the best middle ground for people to search. I'll give it a shot since I think it'll be important for this one

City / State for sure. I tried just Richmond. It didn’t work. So I put my office address in there. I didn’t want my home address listed or any issues with the Club.

For now, possibly edit the “Details” section to include a statement to enter location, or can the location info be pointed to land in the Details? As it stands now, it appears that the “location” info lands under the Feedback score info and doesn’t easily translate to the observer.

ETA:
I think there are two issues:
1. Buyer Search capability allowing the winnowing of offers to a region or locality. That also helps in shipping evaluations.
2. Seller clarity in posting “Local PickUp”.

OK. For testing, I inserted the word “Kumquat” into the Details and the Location fields. Conducted a search for it “everywhere”. The search located the entire Details entry highlighting Kumquat, but did not locate the “Location Field” entry. So if we’re relying on the “Location” data point for search of buyer location it will fail.

Location will only show up if its valid. There's a consistency check on it before it gets entered. I updated the instructions on ad creation to note those points.

Thanks for trying it out in unconventional ways.. lol. It's always fun to see how people use it.

I recently discovered after v2 there was a search page, I never used or considered because i forgot about it but apparently a large number of people use!

Yes... People will be able to get this badge along with the CAguns Badge to link back to your feedback on each platform. We'll have badges for milestones as well. when you hit 10+ or 25+ verified tx's. How do you like the new GAFS Badge? Just made it!

I'll likely update the CAguns Badge to also say Verified Feedback but that will come later..
